As a remote cold caller and appointment setter based in Latin America, you’ll tap into our robust system to book appointments for our home services clients, driving their revenue while maximizing your commissions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Join our daily morning Zoom room for team alignment, then break out into dedicated calling spaces.
- Utilize our proprietary software to make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
- Follow proven scripts to engage prospects effectively.
- Qualify prospects, handle objections, and set quality appointments for our sales team.
- Use our high-speed dialer to pitch various offers to cold and warm leads.
- Participate in team training sessions to improve call techniques.
- Available to work during business hours (7am-5pm EST)
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential:
- $20-40 per qualified appointment show
- Weekly performance bonuses for exceeding targets
- Top performers consistently earn $3,000-5,000+ monthly
Requirements
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish (bilingual preferred for US markets).
- 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales experience.
- Reliable internet and home setup in a nearshore Latin American location (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Argentina).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a commission-only structure.
